The Process
on The day of your event
On the day of your event, I'll typically arrive a few hours to start capturing the background of the scene. Once your moment occurs, I'll take a variety of photos and videos of your moment. I'll use these photos and videos to capture all the important elements of your moment.
I'll move over to the main event cite (reception hall) and continue working on the painting until The Painting is complete or until I've come to a good stopping point for the evening.
The painting will then be shipped to you
About the art
The style I have developed over many years is impressionistic in nature. My passion for any painting is in allowing you to see the work "behind the curtain." This is to say that there are visible brushstrokes in each painting that will add up together to create the painting you will see in front of you.
In other words: Each brushstroke you see is part of the illusion of the painting.

3. A live event painter can be the addition to what any event, party, or wedding needs. Guests are allowed to come up, ask questions, share their own artistic stories. My favorite type of guest interaction, if you so choose, is to place a brush in someone's hands and allow them to embrace their inner Van Gogh. Under my direction a guest can add their own flair to a painting, thus ensuring that each painting was crafted in part by the hands of those that attended the party.

Booking and travel policies
**Travel costs and sales tax are not included in the pricing listed above. I will book all of the travel myself, providing you with a travel estimate prior to booking.
**I offer two payment plans- 100% payment submitted upfront, or 20% upfront, along with the full travel fee and the signed contract, and 80% up to two months before the event. All initial invoices and contracts must be submitted within one week of receiving them to secure the date.
